Mal dormi, ce coup de vent annoncé m’inquiète, il est annoncé pour la fin de la matinée, mais avec mon imagination fertile, je l’attends avant. Je me lève à 4 h 30, le vent est encore assez faible, force 3, mais nous pousse vers le quai, donc je rajoute une défense, et je vois un gars qui promène son chien, à 4 h 30 du matin ! Toujours calme quand on se lève. Jens va acheter du pain et comme il a parlé hier avec un couple qui a des abeilles, il achète deux grands pots de miel. Après le petit-déjeuner, nous mettons l’annexe à l’eau et Jens va mettre une ancre à 30 m, perpendiculaire à Maja, elle va soulager la pression contre le quai. Elle tient bien et Jens peut ainsi éloigner Maja du quai. Nous remontons l’annexe et allons nous promener dans le village et voir le monastère de Saint-Nicolas, en restauration. A 11 h 30, le vent augmente, comme prévu. Nous prenons un verre à la taverna et déjeunons sur le bateau. Notre voisin pêcheur demande pourquoi on a mis une ancre sur le côté, lui a tourné son bateau perpendiculaire au quai mais il a un bon « mooring » (pantille ?) qui le tient bien. Le ferry n’est pas parti ce matin, nous croyons que c’est à cause du mauvais temps, mais non, le vendredi il part dans l’après-mid, et il part à 15 h. Nous aurions voulu le voir partir mais nous faisions la sieste à ce moment là. Réveillés, nous allons voir les vagues, elles sont grosses et passent par-dessus la jetée, mais c’est calme dans le port. Maja bouge un peu, mais rien de comparable à Evdilos ou à Ermoupolis l’année passée. Je vais quand même faire le blog à la taverna, j’ai peur d’avoir le mal de mer si je le fais sur Maja. A 19 h, nous allons diner à la taverna, la nourriture est bonne, l’ambiance sympa, c’est le lieu de rencontre du village, des vieux hommes y passent des heures et Nikos et sa femme, les patrons sont très sympas et parlent anglais. La dame qui fait la cuisine et sert est aussi très sympa mais ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, mais elle le compense par des sourires. Bonne soupe de poisson et comme dessert nous partageons un éclair au chocolat. En fin de soirée, le vent se calme un peu.

I slept badly, this predicted strong wind worries me, it is announced for the end of the morning, but with my imagination, I expect it before. I get up at 4:30 am, the wind is still light, force 3, but it pushes us against the dock, so I add a fender, and I see a guy walking his dog, at 4:30 am! Still calm when we get up. Jens goes to buy bread and as he spoke yesterday with a couple who has bees, he buys also two large jars of honey. After breakfast, we put the tender onto to water and Jens puts an anchor at 30 m, perpendicular to Maja, it will relieve the pressure against the dock. It holds welll and Jens can pull Maja a little away from the dock. We take up the tender and go for a walk in the village and see the Monastery of Saint Nicolas, in restoration. At 11:30 am, the wind increases, as expected. We have a drink at the taverna and lunch on the boat. Our neighbor fisherman asks us why we put an anchor on the side, he has turned his boat perpendicular to the dock but has a good mooring that holds his boat well. The ferry has not left this morning, we believe that it is because of the bad weather, but no, on Friday it leaves in the afternoon, and he left at 3 pm. We wanted to see it leave but we were napping at that time. Awake, we go to see the waves, they are big and pass over the pier, but it's quiet in the harbor. Maja moves a little, but nothing like in Evdilos or in Ermoupolis last year. But I'm going to do the blog in the taverna, I'm afraid to be seasick if I do it on Maja. At 7 pm, we dine at the taverna, the food is good, nice atmosphere, it is the meeting place of the village, old men spend hours here and Nikos and his wife, the owners are very nice and speaks English. The lady who cooks and serves is also very friendly but doesn’t speak a word of English, but she makes it up with smiles. Good fish soup and one dessert that we share, a chocolat éclair. By late evening, the wind calms down a bit.
