Il fait assez beau aujourd’hui et il y a peu de vent, et tant mieux car le gars qui vient faire les soudures sur Maja ne peut pas travailler si cela souffle. Jens et lui ont bien préparé le travail et il monte les nouveaux tubes rapidement et c’est très bien fait. C’est un Anglais qui a monté une petite entreprise ici et ça marche. J’apprécie la preuve d’amour de Jens : modifier sa chère Maja pour moi, c’est beau. Et voilà, c’est maintenant plus facile de monter et de descendre du bateau qu’avant. Je suis si contente que je vais et je viens de Maja à terre et inversement, je vais faire des courses, acheter le journal, j’ai retrouvé mon indépendance, même avec une main. Qu’est-ce que ce sera avec deux mains ! Nous avons invité deux Français, Joël et Cathy, à boire une tasse de thé, ils ont beaucoup navigué en Grèce et vont nous en parler. Jens marque pleins d’endroits intéressants sur la carte, même des endroits où on peut mettre le bateau à terre et, en particulier, un chantier où le service est très bien et où, comble de bonheur, les gens ont des poules. Ils nous conseillent d’éviter Juillet et Août là-bas, il fait trop chaud, le vent est très fort et il y a trop de monde. Plusieurs personnes nous ont déjà dit cela. Nous nous croisons, en fait, ils sont en route vers la Bretagne et leur prochain arrêt sera sans doute Marina del Este. Le soir, nous regardons une vidéo: "Healing after a wrist fracture" ("La guérison après une fracture du poignet"), on se divertit comme on peut. La météo est assez bonne pour demain, léger vent d’est et mer calme, donc nous partons demain de bonne heure.

It's pretty nice today and there is little wind, and all the better for the guy who comes to do some welding on Maja can’t work if it is blowing. Jens and him prepared the work and he put  the new tubes quickly and it's very well done. He is an Englishman who started a small business here and it works well. I appreciate Jens’ proof of love: to change his beloved Maja for me, it's great. And here it is, much easier now to get on and off the boat than before. I am so glad that I am going in and out of Maja several times, I go shopping, buy the newspaper, I have found my independence again, even with one hand. Imagine what it will be with two hands! We invited two French, Joel and Cathy, to drink a cup of tea, they sailed a lot in Greece and will tell us about it. Jens puts marks on the map of interesting places, even places where you can put the boat ashore and, in particular, a site where the service is very good and where, height of happiness, people have chickens running free. They advise us to avoid July and August there, it's too hot, the wind is very strong and there are too many people. Several people have already told us this. Our ways are crossing in fact, they are on their way back to Brittany and their next stop will probably be Marina del Este. In the evening we watch a video "Healing after a wrist fracture", very untertaining ...The weather forecast is quite good for tomorrow, light east wind and calm sea, so we leave early tomorrow.
